Interim Management –

For many years I successfully manage interim projects for companies in the IT, distribution, photo and consumer electronics industry in the areas of business development and change management in retail, online / e-commerce, distribution and partner / reseller. My network partners and I have extensive experience in complementary business development.
Business Development and Change Management require different methods. In both cases, interim management is a useful method for target achievement.

  • Business Development, e.g. to open up markets (D / A / CH and Western Europe)
Crisis management / turnaround management in the context of restructuring
    Strategic realignment
Organization and structuring of a local company with Asian Headquarters
Special tasks in areas which cannot be covered by the CEO
Rapid adoption of a leadership role on the 1st or 2 level in case of a vacancy or in special situations (larger projects, etc.)
